Flow Cytometry - Anti-CD11+CD18 antibody [24] (ab13219)
ab13219 staining CD11 + CD18 in Mouse splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Cells were prepared in PBS + 1% BSA. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 4ºC. A FITC-conjugated Goat anti-mouse polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
