The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application notesELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml in indirect ELISA (determined to detect a limit of ~0.06 ng/well of human CD27).
Flow Cyt: Use 0.5µg for 106 cells in indirect flow cytometry (determined using the appropriate secondary reagent for indirect immunofluorescence staining of T-lymphocytes).
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml (determined using human CD27 at 5ng/lane and 20ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively). Predicted molecular weight: 31 kDa.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
FunctionReceptor for CD70/CD27L. May play a role in survival of activated T-cells. May play a role in apoptosis through association with SIVA1.
Tissue specificityFound in most T-lymphocytes.
Sequence similaritiesContains 3 TNFR-Cys repeats.
Post-translational modificationsPhosphorylated and O-glycosylated.
