The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application notesELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml; detects mouse CD30 at approximately 5 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Reduced mouse CD30/Fc monomer has a calculated molecular mass of approximately 55 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 90-100 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
FunctionReceptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. May play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. Regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B.
Sequence similaritiesContains 6 TNFR-Cys repeats.
Post-translational modificationsPhosphorylated on serine and tyrosine residues.
