Anti-CD5 antibody [f43] (FITC) images

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from a healthy domestic cat were double-stained with ab24891 and a PE conjugated mouse anti-feline CD8 antibody (ab25417). Small lymphocytes were then gated and analyzed by two-color flow cytometry on a FACScanTM flow cytometry (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
