Anti-CD69 antibody [FN50] (Allophycocyanin) images

  • Flow cytometry staining of 3-day PHA activated Human peripheral blood leukocytes with APC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (open histogram) or ab95609 (colored histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
  • Flow cytometry analysis of Cynomolgus monkey whole blood after red blood cell lysis, staining CD69 with ab95609.

    Cells were stimulated with PMA and red blood cells were lysed. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in 1% BSA in PBS) for 1 hour at 4°C.
