Anti-Clathrin light chain antibody [CON.1] images

  • Formalin fixed HeLa cells double stained with the monoclonal antibody to clathrin, (ab24579, Red) and giantin (green). The nucleus was visualized with DAPI stain.
  • ab74579 staining Clatherin light chain in human prostate carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue samples were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% serum for 1 hour at 21 °C. Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody 1/1000 (PBS) for 1 hour at 21 °C. A Biotin-conjugated Donkey polyclonal to mouse IgG, dilution 1/200, was used as secondary antibody.
