  • Application notesICC/IF: Use at an assay dependent dilution (PMID 19129472).
    IHC-P: 1/200. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol (boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min).
