ab27487 staining tissue sections of rat liver after oval cell activation. The sample was PFA fixed, permeabilized in 0,1% Triton X100 for 10 minutes and blocked with 2% serum, 2%BSA, 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated for 12 hours at 4°C. A HRP conjugated donkey anti-rabbit was used as the secondary.

ab27487 staining rat oval cells by ICC. Cells were fixed in ice cold methanol for 15 minutes and blocked in 3% serum for 1 hour at 25°C prior to incubation with ab27487 (diluted 1/50 in 3% Goat serum, 2% BSA, 0.01% Tween20) for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody was a Cy3® conjugated donkey anti-rabbit, diluted 1/100.
