The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 75 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

CLCNKA is a member of the CLC family of voltage-gated chloride channels which have several functions including the regulation of cell volume; membrane potential stabilization, signal transduction and transepithelial transport. It is predicted to have 12 transmembrane domains, and requires a beta subunit called barttin to form a functional channel. It is thought to function in salt reabsorption in the kidney, which may be important in urinary concentrating mechanisms, and potassium recycling in the inner ear.
