This antibody recognizes only the large fragment of PARP (89 kDa) and does not react with full length PARP. The immunogen contains Asp214, but not Gly215 therefore the antibody will recognise Asp214 but not Gly215.

Mediates the poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation of APLF and CHFR. Positively regulates the transcription of MTUS1 and negatively regulates the transcription of MTUS2/TIP150.
