    IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml.
    Peptide ELISA: at a dilution of 1/64000.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 3 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 27-30 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 30 kDa).
