IHC-P 1/2000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 46, 48 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 46, 48 kDa).

Anti-CNPase antibody images

  • IHC-P image of CNPase staining on human brain section using ab18527 (1:2000). The paraffin embedded section was subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval using citric acid. The sections were then blocked using 1% BSA at 21°C for 10 min. ab18527 was incubated at 21°C for 16 hours. The secondary antibody was goat polyclonal anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to biotin (1:200)
