  • General notesThe COS7 nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 16 hour incubation with or without CoCl2 (0.15 mM). The protein content has been determined by a Bradford based assay (2.50 mg/ml). We recommend aliquoting the extracts into single use fractions and then storing.
