The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 35 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 27 kDa). Preliminary experiments gave an approx 55kDa band in Human Testis lysates after 1µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 27.3kDa according to NP_003287.1. The 55kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
