Immunoprecipitation - CTBP2 antibody (ab113265)
Lane 1: 1mg whole cell lysate from HeLa cells was immunoprecipitated with ab113265 at 6µg/mg lysate and 20% IP was loaded on gel. Lane 2: same, with a control IgG.
For WB ab113265 was used at 1µg/ml. Detection:
chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds.
