Target

  • FunctionBlocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. Involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).

  • Formalin fixed parrafin embedded mouse ovary tissue. Ab9021 used at 1:1000 incubated with overnight incubation with a biotinylated secondary and peroxidase/DAB detection. Review by Todd Gocken submitted 21 July 2004

  • ab9021 staining Cytokeratin 7 in mouse liver, heterogeneous primary cell culture by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with saponin and blocked with 3%  Mouse Ig Blocking reagent (component of a commercially available mouse on mouse MOM kit) at 200C for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100: in dilution buffer from MOM kit) for 1 hour at 200C. An Alexa Fluor ® 568-conjugated rabbit polyclonal to mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1/250 dilution.
