ab28050 staining Cytokeratin 8 in bovine uterine tissue by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Tissue was fixed in formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using citrate buffer pH 6.0. Samples were then blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 20 minutes at room temperature and then incucbated with ab28050 at a 1/100 dilution for 1 hour. The secondary used was an Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat-anti-mouse, IgG2a monoclonal used at a 1/400 dilution.
