  • Application notesIHC-P: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol, by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
    IP: Use at 2µg/mg of lysate. Use protein G.

    Not yet tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
