Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab10053 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use at an assay dependent dilution.
ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Sandwich ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution. Can be paired for Sandwich ELISA with Mouse monoclonal [DD4] to D-Dimer (HRP) (ab10054). Can be used as Capture antibody. Recommended for D-Dimer detection in Human Plasma. Plasma must be diluted with 10 mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5, containing 1 M NaCl and 0.1 % Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples must be 0.5 M or more. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution.

Target

  • RelevanceA fibrin degradation fragment or product that is produced by the action of plasmin on fibrin in the clot dissolution process.
