ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution. Can be paired for ELISA with Mouse monoclonal [DD1] to D-Dimer (ab10050) and Mouse monoclonal [DD2] to D-Dimer (ab10052).
WB Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 1 kDa.
Sandwich ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution. Can be paired for Sandwich ELISA with Mouse monoclonal [DD1] to D-Dimer (ab10050) and Mouse monoclonal [DD2] to D-Dimer (ab10052). Can be used as Detection antibody. Recommended for D-Dimer detection in Human Plasma. Plasma must be diluted with 10 mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5, containing 1 M NaCl and 0.1 % Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples must be 0.5 M or more. Less than 10 ng/ml of D-Dimer can be detected by DD1-DD6 assay using ordinary ELISA approach with HRP-labeled DD6 MAb
