Anti-D-Dimer antibody [DD93] (ab126391)

Overview

  • Product name
    Anti-D-Dimer antibody [DD93]
    See all D-Dimer primary antibodies
  • Description
    Mouse monoclonal [DD93] to D-Dimer
  • Specificity
This antibody recognizes D-dimer and high molecular weight fibrin degradation products. The DD93 clone recognizes a cross-linked region of D-dimer. This clone does not cross react with fibrinogen or D-monomer.
  • Tested applications
    Suitable for: WB, ELISAmore details
  • Species reactivity
    Reacts with: Human
  • Immunogen

This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with homogenized fibrin clot.

  • General notes

Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with homogenized fibrin clot, D-dimer or high molecular weight fibrin degradation products. This antibody detects cross-linked gamma-chains of D-dimer in Western blotting under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
