ELISA Use at an assay dependent concentration.

ELISA titre using peptide based assay 1:62500.

WB Use a concentration of 1.25 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 60, 65, 66 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 72 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.

    Observed band size : 66 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
    Additional bands at : 60 kDa,65 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human kidney tissue labelling DDX17 with ab66764 at 4-8µg/ml. Arrows indicate positively labelled epithelial cells of the renal tubules. Magnification: 400X.
