  • ab70461 staining DDX23 in murine NIH/3T3 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence).

    Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 20 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 5% goat serum) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
