    Anti-DDX52 antibody images

    • Immunoprecipitation of DDX52. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Lane 1- DDXR52 was Immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DDX52 antibody (ab112027) at 6 µg/mg lysate. Lane 2- DDX52 was also immunoprecipitated by an rabbit anti-DDX52 antibody that recognizes a downstream epitope. Lane 3- Rabbit IgG control Western blot was performed with the same antibody as used in lane 2 at 0.4 mcg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
