Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab67449 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 42 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 40 kDa).|
|IHC-P||1/250. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.|
ab67449 staining Decorin in human skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 24°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer pH 6. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 10% goat serum) for 16 hours at 4°C. A biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab67449 (1/250) staining Decorin in paraffin-embedded Human adrenal gland tissue. Tissue underwent fixation in formaldehyde, peroxidase blocking, protein blocking and heat mediated antigen retrieval. The secondary antibody was goat anti rabbit conjugated to HRP. For further experimental details please refer to abreview.
