Application Abreviews Notes
ELISA 1/150 - 1/650. This antibody was tested in a simple ELISA (using 2 ug/ml of DHEA-7CMO-BSA coated to the plate), and gave a 50% binding titre of 1/360 and an endpoint titre of 1/100K.
Neutralising Use at an assay dependent dilution.
RIA 1/100 - 1/300. If using an iodinated tracer, antibody can be diluted 5-10 times further.
