Anti-Deoxyribonuclease I like 1 antibody images

  • Western blot against tagged recombinant protein immunogen using ab54750 Deoxyribonuclease I like 1 antibody at 1ug/ml. Predicted band size of immunogen is 57 kDa.

    This antibody has only been tested in WB against the recombinant fragment used as immunogen. We have no data on the detection of endogenous protein.

  • ab54750 at a 1/50 dilution staining Deoxyribonuclease I like 1 in Dog macrophage cell line DH82 by Immunocytochemistry/ PFA fixed, incubated for 1 hour at 25°C. Blocked using 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C. Secondary used at 1/100 polyclonal Goat anti-mouse conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.
