The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
ELISA titre using peptide based assay 1/1562500.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 134 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 134 kDa).Can be blocked with Human DGKH peptide (ab99354). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
RelevanceThis gene encodes a member of the diacylglycerol kinase (DGK) enzyme family of proteins, specifically the type II DGK subfamily. Members of this family are involved in regulating the intracellular concentrations of diacylglycerol and phosphatidic acid. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
Cellular localizationCytoplasm. Translocated from the cytoplasm to endosomes in response to stress stimuli. Isoform 2 is rapidly relocated back to the cytoplasm upon removal of stress stimuli, whereas isoform 1 exhibits sustained endosomal association.
Anti-DGKH antibody (ab80693) at 1 µg/ml + fetal heart lysate at 10 µg
Secondary HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution
Predicted band size : 134 kDa Observed band size : 134 kDa Gel concentration 6-18%
