Anti-DHX8 antibody images

    Observed band size : 150 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
    Additional bands at : 117 kDa,65 kDa,<30 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • Immunoprecipitation of DHX8 from HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab70588 at 3 µg/mg lysate for IP and at 1 µg/ml for subsequent WB detection.
    Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
