  • ab49881 at a 1/30 dilution staining Dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) in human squamous cell carcinoma tissue by Immunohistochemistry/ Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded, incubated for 12 hours at 4°C. Heat mediated antigen retrieval step performed using EDTA pH 9.0. Blocked with 1% milk for 30 minutes at 25°C. Secondary used undiluted polyclonal Goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to biotin.
