Anti-Dlx2 antibody [4B9] images

  • ab117546, at 5 µg/ml, staining Dlx2 in Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded Human Prostate tissue by Immunohistochemistry.

  • Detection limit for recombinant proprietary tagged Dlx2 is approximately 0.3 ng/ml as a capture antibody (ab117546).
  • Immunofluorescence analysis of murine adult NSCs derived from SVZ, staining Dlx2 with ab117546.

    Cells were fixed with Zamboni's fixative, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% normal goat serum for 2 hours at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 3% normal goat serum) for 18 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
