  • ab64827, at 1/50 dilution, staining Dlx5 in paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma tissue by Immunohistochemistry in the absence or presence of the immunising peptide.
  • ab64827 at 1/100 dilution staining Dlx5 in mouse nasal bone anlagen by immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Sections were paraformaldehyde fixed, permeabilized in 0.1% prior to blocking in 20% serum for 1 hour at RT and then incubated with ab64827 for 16 hours at 4°C. Alexa fluor® 488 donkey polyclonal, diluted 1/200, was used as the secondary antibody.
