    IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml.
    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1/32000.
    Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave a band at approx 40kDa in Human Liver and HepG2 extracts at 1µg/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 66Kda according to NP_037406.

    Not yet tested in other applications.

    • ab5954 at 5ug/ml staining DNA Polymerase lambda in human small intestine tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in steam with citrate buffer (pH 6.0). A AP-staining procedure was used for detection.

    Customer reviews and Q&As

    It shouldn't recognize polymerase beta. By BLAST analysis of the peptide we wouldn't predict any. But this has not been tested experimentally.
