  • Specificity
    This antibody has been tested by Western blot against a panel of human cell lines. It shows a band at close to the predicted band size of 55kD. However, we have no strong proof of specificity for DNA polymerase mu and so we have made this antibody available as a Fast-Track antibody.

Applications

  • Application notes
    This product has been assayed by ELISA against 0.1 ug of the immunizing peptide. A 1/33000 to 1/135000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay.

    This antibody has also been tested in Western blot using HeLa, A431, Jurkat and 293T lysates. A strong band of ~ 38kDa was detected, however no bands of the expected size (~55kDa) were seen. We would appreciate any customer feedback about this antibody.

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
