Purification notesThis antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads. F(ab')2 fragment were generated using a pepsin digestion. Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules have been removed. Fragments were conjugated to DyLight® 650.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

DyLight®650 hence provides the same far-red fluorescence and photostability as the DyLight®649 dye. ab18005 staining phosphatidylserine in rat carotid artery tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was permeabilized with 50% ethanol in TPBS and blocked with 15% normal horse serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 15% normal horse serum) for 18 hours at 4°C. A DyLight® 650-conjugated Donkey F(ab')2 anti-mouse IgG H&L (ab98769) (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
