    Anti-DRAK1 antibody images

    • Detection of Human DRAK1 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: ab95185 was used for IP at 3ug/mg lysate (lane 1) DRAK1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-DRAK1 antibody (lane 2) and control IgG (lane 3). For blotting immunoprecipitated DRAK1, ab95185 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
