ChIP analysis using ab53061 binding E2F6 in Mouse ES cell nuclear lysate. Samples were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 mins and incubated with primary antibody for 16 hours at 4ºC at an antibody concentration of 1/500. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR at both positive and negative control regions.
