Lane 1 : 293 cell lysate, non transfected
Lane 2 : 293 cell lysate, transiently transfected with the eIF4B gene
Lysates/proteins at 2 µg per lane.
Observed band size : 79 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - eIF4B antibody (ab71057)
ab71057, at a dilution of 1/50, staining eIF4B in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma tissue (peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody, DAB staining).
