ab78916 used in Immunprecipitation.Total protein inpute is 100µg whole cell lysate prepared from HeLa cells. Protein A/G was used in the immunoprecipitation step. ab78916 used at 8µg/mg lysate. Goat-anti human eif4b is used as primary, while the secondary is donkey anti-goat 680LT conjugated to IRDye 700DX, 1/3000 dilution.
