I am interested in purchasing an anti-eIF4B antibody from you. It appears you have three such antibodies ab38359, ab66780, ab78916. I would like to use the antibody in western blot, immunofluorescence and IHC in human tissue and cell lines. Ideally I would like one antibody that could work in all three applications. ab78916 seems to be the most widely validated antibody in that images for these applications are available on your website. However, the IF image for ab38359 is much more convincing. Could you tell me the reason why you are marketing all three antibodies? Could you give me advice on which one to try? Ab78916 is derived from human eIF4B around the phosphorylation site of serine 422 (T-G-SP-E-S). Ab66780 corresponding to a region within C terminal amino acids 505-554 and ab38359 derived from within residues 300 - 400 of Human eIF4B.
