    Anti-EGFR antibody [111.6], prediluted images

    • Immunohistochemical analysis of Human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma tissue, staining EGFR with ab82751.

      Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde antigen retrieval was performed with an enzymatic method. Samples were incubated with undiluted primary antibody for 1 hour at 24°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
