    Anti-Endomucin antibody [V.7C7.1] images

    • Immunohistochemical whole flat mounted mouse retinal tissue image. Primary antibody was used at a concentration of 1/100 and incubated at 4°C for 14 hours. A secondary donkey anti-rat Alexa Fluor® 488 preadsorbed antibody similar to ab150153 was used at a 1/400 concentration.

    • ab106100 staining Endomucin in Mouse kidney tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% BSA / 5% Donkey Serum for an hour; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a Tris EDTA pH 9. Samples were incubated with primary antibody 1/100 for 14 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 568 - conjugated Donkey anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/400) was used as the secondary antibody.
