ab8087 staining Endothelium in Human lung tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and methanol, and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) overnight at 4°C. A TRITC-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG (1/50) was used as the secondary antibody.
