Target

  • FunctionMultifunctional enzyme that, as well as its role in glycolysis, plays a part in various processes such as growth control, hypoxia tolerance and allergic responses. May also function in the intravascular and pericellular fibrinolytic system due to its ability to serve as a receptor and activator of plasminogen on the cell surface of several cell-types such as leukocytes and neurons. Stimulates immunoglobulin production.
    MBP1 binds to the myc promoter and acts as a transcriptional repressor. May be a tumor suppressor.

Anti-ENO1 antibody [2G2AG11BF8] images

  • Immunprecipitation of ENO1 by ab112994.
    Staining of ENO1 (47 kDa) from HeLa cell lysate (1), Human liver (2) and Heart (3) homogenates. The identity of the protein was confirmed by mass spectrometry. This gel was stained with colloidal Coomassie blue G.
  • ab112994 at 1ug/ml staining ENO1 in MeOH-fixed HL60 cells by Flow Cytometry(blue). Isotype control antibody (red).
  • ab112994 at 5ug/ml staining ENO1 in HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry (4% paraformaldehyde fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution for 1 hour (green). The target locates mainly to the cytoplasm.
