Anti-Entactin antibody images

  • ab14511 staining Entactin in rat heart endocardium by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections)
    Tissue was fixed in acetone and permeabilized using Tween 20. Samples were then blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at room temperature and then incubated with ab14511 at a 1/50 dilution for 18 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an undiluted chicken anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647 (blue).
