  • ab8018 at 5µg/ml staining Eotaxin in 293 cells by ICC/IF

  • ab8018 staining Eotaxin in Human nasal polyp and tonsil tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (resin-embedded sections). The tissue was fixed in acetone and inhibitors and embedded into GMA resin. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/250 in Tris buffered saline) for 18 hours at 4°C. A Biotin-conjugated Pig anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/1200) was used as the secondary antibody.
