The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. The detection limit for recombinant mouse EphB3 is approx. 0.6 ng/well.
Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 82 kDa. The detection limit for recombinant mouse EphB3 is approximately 5 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. As a result of glycosylation, recombinant EphB3/Fc migrates as an approximately 100 kDa protein under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
Receptor for members of the ephrin-B family. Binds to ephrin-B1 and -B2.
Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Tyr protein kinase family. Ephrin receptor subfamily. Contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains. Contains 1 protein kinase domain. Contains 1 SAM (sterile alpha motif) domain.
