FormEphrin receptors, the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases, and their ephrin ligands are important mediators of cell-cell communication regulating cell attachment, shape, and mobility in neuronal and epithelial cells. There are 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Isoform 2 known as Epha10s, Isoform 3 known as Epha10*.
