    • FormEphrin receptors, the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases, and their ephrin ligands are important mediators of cell-cell communication regulating cell attachment, shape, and mobility in neuronal and epithelial cells. There are 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Isoform 2 known as Epha10s, Isoform 3 known as Epha10*.

Predicted band size : 110 kDa
Observed band size : 97 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 36 kDa,60 kDa,70 kDa,75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
