A half day meeting series, focusing on sharing research and fostering discussions and collaborations
This free workshop will focus on discussing successful performance of chromatin immunoprecipitation. We will highlight steps critical for the technique optimization and review what to consider before performing a ChIP-based experiment. Come and ask your questions you have always wanted to ask about ChIP during our Q&A session devoted to troubleshooting.

A limited number of talk and poster places are available. Everyone, especially young researchers and students are encouraged to submit their exciting new unpublished work for presentation. The abstract submission deadline is:

During the meeting, one poster will be selected to win the Poster Prize.
The prize will be a place at the meeting's speaker dinner on the evening of November 29 (in Strasbourg) with keynote speaker Angus Lamond and meeting chairs Marc Bühler, Andrew Pospisilik and Thomas Sexton.
Participation is free, however registration is required.
Places are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Book early to avoid disappointment!

The Tri-national "transcription and chromatin club" is a half-day symposium that unites the chromatin, epigenetic, and transcription groups at Strasbourg (IGBMC), Freiburg (MPI), and Basel (FMI) on a bi-annual basis.
Besides external keynote speakers, PhD students and Postdocs will present near finished but unpublished work from groups of each of the institutes. With an informal but high quality character of the meeting we are aiming at fostering discussion and inspiring new collaborations within the Tri-rhena area.
